Full prices, with nothing taken off and nothing added at the door. Everything below applies across Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden and the KT and TW postcodes we cover.
End of tenancy cleaning
Move-out work is priced by the size of the property rather than by the hour, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay unless the job is materially different from what you described. Carpets and ovens are separate lines because not every tenancy needs them.

Carpets and rugs
Hot water extraction, priced by the room, which is simpler for everyone. Wool carpets get a lower moisture pass at the same price.

Minimum charge on one off work is £67, so a single room booked alone comes to the minimum. Booked with a move-out clean it does not apply. More on the carpet cleaning page.
Ovens
Racks and trays go into a heated dip tank in the van, and the inner door glass comes out on most models. Hobs, extractors and microwaves are cheaper booked at the same time as the oven.

Regular cleaning and one off deep cleans
These are two separate services and they are priced differently. Regular cleaning is a retainer with the same cleaner, charged per cleaner per hour, with no call-out and no minimum charge. A deep clean is a one off team job with a longer list and a higher rate.

The deep clean minimum is two cleaners for three hours plus the kit charge. The £30 comes off if you supply your own products. Regular cleaning is explained here and deep cleans here.
Upholstery and curtains
Same extraction machine as the carpets, with a hand tool and a gentler setting. Fabric is tested first, and anything marked dry-clean-only stays untouched.
