Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding KT and TW postcodes, including Surbiton, New Malden, Teddington, Ham and Hampton Wick.
Further out than that, ask. We will say yes or we will say no. Nobody gets a travel charge they were not expecting.
What happens after you ring
You get a figure on the call. We hold the slot without taking a deposit, then send a short confirmation by email with the date, the crew size and the price agreed. Nothing changes after that unless the property does.
If you need to move the date, 24 hours notice is enough on a one off job and 48 on a regular visit. Ring rather than email for anything happening tomorrow.
