End of tenancy cleaning in New Malden KT3
From £156 for a studio and £243 for a two bed, with the kitchen degreasing that New Malden kitchens actually need.
New Malden kitchens take longer, and the reason is the High Street
This is the centre of the largest Korean community in Europe, and the cooking that goes with it changes the job. Sesame and soy oil polymerise into a hard amber film on tiles, extractor housings and the wall behind the hob, and it does not come off with a spray and a cloth. It needs a proper alkaline degreaser and dwell time. We build that into the quote for KT3 rather than discovering it at nine in the morning, which is the reason a New Malden kitchen sometimes takes an hour longer than the same kitchen in Berrylands.
The housing splits cleanly. North of the railway you get two and three bedroom late-Victorian and Edwardian terraces built for City clerks, mostly now with a rear extension. Around Blagdon Road, Cavendish Road and Malden Green it is wide roads of bay-fronted 1930s semis. On the High Street itself there are recent blocks of flats, including a scheme of more than two hundred on the old retail frontage, which come with concierge rules and a service lift to book.
One thing to allow for when you book. The A3 Malden Way runs through on a raised alignment and cuts the district in two, with limited crossing points, so a job half a mile away on the wrong side of it can add fifteen minutes to the run. Tell us which side you are on. It matters more than the postcode does.
What we do most of in New Malden
Move-out cleans
Studio £156, one bed £207, two bed £243, three bed £339. The move-out checklist covers what the clerk will actually look at.
Ovens and extractors
The heaviest degreasing work we do anywhere. Single oven £77, double £110, extractor hood £28. More on how we clean ovens.
Carpets on stairs and bedrooms
Rear extensions are near universal here and most have engineered or solid wood downstairs, so carpet is usually confined to stairs, landings and bedrooms. Stairs are £41 a flight, bedrooms £36. Full list on the carpet page.
Deep cleans between tenancies
Landlords on the High Street blocks book these between corporate lets. From £186 for two cleaners over three hours, set out on the deep clean page.
Why book us in KT3
We quote the kitchen honestly
If the extraction has never been touched we say so on the phone, not on the invoice.
Both sides of the A3
We route the day around Malden Way instead of pretending the map is flat.
Station-end parking
Controlled bays run around the station and High Street, so we sort a permit or a paid session in advance.
Hard water taken seriously
The supply here runs at roughly 250 to 300 ppm, so descaling is part of the standard bathroom clean, not an extra.

New Malden questions
Why does the kitchen cost the same if it takes longer?
Because the price is set by bedrooms and we would rather absorb the variation than quote a range. If a kitchen is genuinely beyond a normal clean, we tell you before we start and you decide.
Do you clean restaurant kitchens?
Commercial work is quoted after somebody has looked at it. Domestic kitchens with heavy cooking residue are ordinary work for us and need no special quote.
Which neighbouring areas do you cover?
All of them at the same price, including Berrylands and Tolworth. Prices for every service are on the price list.
