End of tenancy cleaning in Teddington TW11
From £156, booked into the hours that actually work in a school-run town.
Teddington runs on a timetable, and we work to it
This is a family town rather than a commuter dormitory, and the practical effect is that the reliable access window in term time is roughly 9.30am to 2.30pm. Outside that, the roads round the schools clog and half our customers are not in. In half-term weeks the whole diary shifts. If you want a 4pm start on Broad Street in October, we will take the booking, but we will be honest about what the traffic does to it.
Bushy Park shapes the rest. Its road gates close at dusk, so an evening job over on the Hampton Hill side means going the long way round by Hampton Road, because you cannot cut through. That is fifteen minutes, and we plan for it. The horse chestnuts along the park wall start dropping leaves and conkers in September, and the mulch that gets walked in from the park is the single biggest cause of marked hall carpets here between October and February. That is most of our autumn carpet work in TW11.
The housing between the station and the river is Victorian and Edwardian terraces, a great many long since divided into upper and lower maisonettes rather than proper flats, which means shared front doors and stairs that belong to nobody in particular. Nearer the lock there are newer riverside flats built on old laboratory and industrial land, and those sit on the floodplain: lower floors run damp and anything wet-cleaned takes noticeably longer to dry. Richmond runs permit bays around the station and the High Street, so an all-day job needs pay-by-phone or an off-street space arranged first.

Teddington questions
Why do carpets take longer to dry near the lock?
Properties immediately by the lock and weir sit on the floodplain and their ground floors hold moisture. We allow for it with an air mover and give you a drying time you can plan around.
Can you come after school pick-up?
Sometimes, though a full move-out clean needs a longer run than the afternoon gives us. Late morning is the slot that works reliably here.
Do you cover across the river?
Ham is a footbridge away over the lock and we work there constantly, along with Hampton Wick at the other end of the park wall.
